Our constructive system allows a judicious use of wood and guarantees an elastic behavior of the structure, avoiding the concentration of tensions and allowing the dissipation of forces throughout the structure.

The load-bearing walls are made with 45 / 60×135 / 150/200 mm spruce poles. and the compartments of 45×90 mm or 45×100 mm. The vertical mounts are spaced apart to ensure co-operation between cross-sections and panels and to smooth the distribution of effort. In Germany we adapt to the requirements of the Holzrahmenbau system.

For ease of installation, the walls have 3-5 m panels, so they can be easily maneuvered on the site. We can also make panels up to 12 m, but this increases the price of transport.

The roof and intermediate floors are in solid or lamellar beams, depending on the capacity requested by the client;

Depending on the project transmitted and the large openings without intermediate supports, we use beams glued to the spruce.

The interior insulation (mineral wool, basalt, etc.) is incorporated into the thickness of walls, floors and roofs and protected by foil barrier.

The specific performance of the physical construction and the modern methods of treatment with fungicides, gives these buildings the same construction and functional performance and the same lifetime as the brick, concrete and steel houses.

Used materials

The wood of the walls is made of solid wood and is previously dried at 16%;

The wood of the elements of resistance (floor, roof) is made of solid wood or laminated wood according to requests. The wood treatment is done as requested by the client, in compliance with the durability requirements of the wood, against mold in micro-cavities or termite attack and for resistance to moisture or fire – according to the specifications and local.

Description of the wood used.

The structure of the wall lining is OSB type, as well as the support level plans. The insulation is made of mineral or basalt wool and is protected by a foil that acts as a vapor barrier and protects the wind walls.

The insulation of the floors can be done with ventilated mineral wool (for the wooden floor), or with polystyrene (for the concrete floor).

The joints of the structure are made with special anti-vibration nails or with wooden chemical plugs. The beams work together with special metal parts of the SIMPSON class, standard or specially designed for seismic regions.

For residential homes, it is preferable to use standard gypsum board, fire or moisture resistant, mounted directly on the wooden structure or with intermediate layers of beams or panels.

The outer lining can be in wood panels treated in a pressure furnace (class 4), or in sheets made of polystyrene or basalt wool, or in special PVC or Vinyl Siding plywood, or in adherent or ventilated ceramic coatings. For holiday homes, exterior and interior finishes can be made of wood, due to their rustic character. The roof may be similar to that of brick houses, but light or tiled roof is recommended.

Windows and doors can be made of laminated wood, PVC or aluminum, with low thermal transmission glass, or even burglary.

The floors can be made of wood or sandstone with opaque or glossy bricks or ceramic, like those of brick, stone or concrete houses.

Due to the modular panels of the structure, we can reduce the activity on the site. Thus, we can assemble the structure in record time, at any temperature and at any season.

Depending on the house, size and complexity, the assembly of the external structure can be done by a group of 4-5 workers in 10-20 days. The system productivity is 1.5-2.0 hours / sqm. of built surface.

Advantages of wooden houses

The wooden structures proposed for us have a high thermal resistance, the costs of heating (or cooling) a house on the wooden structure are 5 times lower than those for heating (or cooling) the same houses made on brick.
